It's hard to believe that it is already the 17th of July. Passed July 4th, my birthday soon after and lots of other adventures have been going on.
So far I have seen 2 shows and one ballet and tons of rental DVD's because I joined a Blockbuster club where they send you movies and then you get to return them to the store and get free ones, not bad for $10.
I have been working on my website to get it to what I want when I envisioned it. It has been alot of hard work, but it will be worth it once Berkshire Living magaizine comes out in August with an article about Funding The Arts. I have no idea what the article will look like but it will be the real start of the website as it will bring many hits and interested people to my website.
This week is the 3rd. Thursday event in Pittsfield again which hopefully it wont rain on. Also I want to get half priced tickets to a new show at Barrington Stage.
I am looking at the NY Post and the opening of the movie HairSpray. I loved the original and I don't know if they could improve on perfection but these are different times and the new cast is great. Wow, I just turned to Lou Lumenick's review and he gave the movie 4 stars. He said that HairSpray is the best adaptation of a musical in this century. Wait a second, the century is only 7 years old! But, he really did give it 4 stars. Sounds like a movie that everyone should see!
